Cause?: Over the counter moisturizers would include eucerin, amlactin or anything with urea. If it is severe or persists, finding out the underlying cause is important. Sometimes bone deformities or faulty biomechanics can be the problem. Orthotics can help. Surgery would be a last option if conservative treatments are not enough.
