Sort of: they are not more harmful than any other processed food per se, but like juices and soft drinks, it has a lot of sugar which I would avoid. Stick to milk, and whole fruits, and water as your main source of hydration.

Yes: It's safe. Avoid it if you have gestational diabetes due to the high sugar content.
