About

Bio

I'm already a board certified Family Physician but also Chief resident in he department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Tripler Army Medical Center. I have had the opportunity to practice all around the world. Some places were wonderful (Washington DC; Stuttgart, Germany; Hawaii; Vietnam) and some, not so much (Iraq, Afghanistan). I currently reside with my wife and 2 boys in Honolulu, Hawaii. When I'm not working or spending time with my family, I am usually training. I am a USAT ranked competitive Triathlete and Marathon runner. I love the area of endurance physiology and sports nutrition and how it relates to long distance competitions.

Specialties
Doctors may have more than one area of specialty interest. Board certification in a specialty area means the doctor has completed formal training and has practice experience in that specialty, and has passed the certification examination from the corresponding accredited medical specialty board.
