Non-specific: This in not the manner in which diagnoses are established. Fever is so vague without other info and a physical exam and possibly imaging studies and labs that it means very very little. If this keeps up see a doctor.

Fatigue and fever: Fatigue and low grade fevers for a months maybe a sign of prolonged viral infection such as mono, hepatitis or CMV, or even subacute bacterial infection such as endocarditis. You should have at least blood work done. Other more serious conditions such as lymphoma or lupus has to be ruled out if fevers persist for longer than 8 months

Hard to say: Normal body temperature fluctuates daily. The usual pattern shows it at its lowest about 4-5 AM and highest about 4-5 PM.This all relates to the bodies metabolism and activity level. I am not sure I would call this a real fever if your high point corresponds to an active point in the day.Your doc could check it out with some simple tests, or you can just discuss it at your next visit.
