T4 free 1.8 t3 free 4.3 1.8 borderline 4.3 little high what is going on? can this be transient?

Need labs normals: without an exam, I can only give general information, but lab values are derived from averages of a bunch of people. Being very close to the values of average generally means you are not abnormal. and... can see if the values get worse over time (implies a hormone secreting growth (not cancer) that is growing more abnormal). Or.. its' normal next time.
