Here are some ...: Elevating legs has been a general measure to help drain extra interstitial fluid out of swollen legs resulting from poor circulation and return of body fluid to the heart by possible CHF, poor nutrition, impeding venous or lymphatic drainage to the heart, etc. Besides leg elevation for dependent passive drainage with gravitation, repeating wrapping & rewrapping the affected legs with elastic....
