Yes.: TSH is an indirect measure of thyroid function. The range is between .4 to 4.0 depending on the lab. 2.3 is good . It also usually collaborated with clinical symptoms.

Depends: I have no idea how long you've been treated, what your diagnosis and the reason for L-thyroxine, or if you've had doseage adjustments for symptoms on the past. The TSH level suggests this is appropriate, but you should have other thyroid function numbers handy to answer that question completely. Check with your Endo about that to get your answer

Normal range: When treating under active thyroid ( hypothyroidism) we usually try to keep TSH in normal range, so if the TSH is normal, dosage would remain the same.
