Si joint: Pain ,swelling , stiffness are the primary symptoms for osteoarthritis of any joint. Some times it is difficult to distinguish the location of the problem without xrays ,ct scan or diagnostic injections. ( between SI joint vs lumbar spine ). One will also experience pain over the SI joint with attempted motions of ones hip joint.
