why do i have bone spurs and osteoarthritis in all of my major joints? (spine, si joints, hips, neck)i'm only in my 30s and i feel like an old woman.

See a rheumatologist: Have you seen a rheumatologist? If not, do so. Be certain there is not another cause for the spurs or calcifications.

See details: Make sure you does not have spondylitis as a common cause for all of these issues. Spondylitis is very treatable so see a rheumatologist.
