Drink liquids: If your abdomen is not distended( a sign of Obstruction) then taking Magnesium Citrate and MOM along with plenty of water would help you move bowel. Post surgery and with Pain medicine, constipation is a common complication. Eat Papaya, Prunes daily. If you do not have BM, you may need dis impaction manually.

Contact surgeon: If anesthesia used for surgery can contribute to constipation. Manipulation of bowel during surgery also an issue. You should contact surgeon for appropriate therapy. You do not want to worsen status of intestines,
