I don't think having: ovulation symptoms for four days is terribly unusual. Most women experience only a day or two, but the effects of hormones and egg release could certainly persist a little longer. With irregular periods, you can not be certain when you ovulate, and I would not rely on the presence of symptoms to indicate when it is...either for purposes of conception OR contraception. Stay well:)

Options : Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections & hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do a home pregnancy test . There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Depends: Creatinine is scientific, GFR not so much. What kicked you into kidney failure? Labs do make mistakes though rarely. Ibuprofen and other painkillers can do this. So can getting dried out on a hot day. Your personal physician is in the best position to say.
