No.: without an exam, I can only give general information and... in general, it ain't easy to get a TP fracture. In general it is from a BIG injury that needs Rest, Healing, close follow up. REALLY avoid abdominal strain. without more info I cant even feel good about recommending stationary bike or 3 pound curls !
