Ibuprofen?: If you are taking ibuprofen, naprosyn, (naproxen) aspirin, or other meds in that class, for your pain, they could be upsetting your stomach. Pain, if mod to severe can cause abdominal pain. If you have no pain any more from your falll & you are not taking those, then it is probably not related but hard to say. You may have hurt something else when you fell. If your pain is severe and.or getting worse see MD!
