Translation: Alveoli are the sacs in the lung where oxygen is exchanged, rupture just beans some of these sacs broke and air leaked into unusual spaces.Pneumopericardium just means there is air in the sac that contains the heart. Specific treatments for both vary with degree and explanation is beyond the space available for this answer.Discuss with the docs.
