Can i take a probiotic the morning of my rhinoplasty surgery? with just a tiny bit of water.

Yes and No: My yes answer is not standard of care because the formal/standard advice is nothing by mouth the morning of surgery because of concerns of aspiration etc. If the probiotics are dissolved in the water even safer..for I can't believe there would be problems even if a small amount aspirated. Where as the capsule might irritate lungs.
