See below:: The cervix is the lower part of the uterus. It contains a canal that lets menstrual blood out of the uterus. If it is "blocked," Menstrual blood may build up in the uterus. It can also cause problems getting pregnant. It would be helpful to know in what context she was told the cervix is blocked. Best wishes!
