I went and had an annual pap and my doctor said everything looked ok but have a large cervix! what does that mean?

Not much.: Large cervix does not mean much if the pap is normal. Just as people may have big or small noses, or be tall or short, one can have a bigger then average cervix ( this is especially true if a woman has had children, the cervix will be bigger than that of someone that never had a vaginal delivery).
