Perhaps: Only if it continues to enlarge, then yes, probably. If prior vaginal delivery, then might be normal. No harm in OB check if any cramping/belly/back pain.

Not necessaraly: It means you are 1 cm and thick. Three and thinning & i would think you are likely to deliver soon. Keep close contact with the doc.Baby needs those extra weeks and your labor could & should be stopped if you start it soon.
