What issues?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, while a WBC of 3.4 is low it may not be dangerously low. It would be prudent to consult your doctor so that you may get a proper evaluation of all of your blood elements.
