Not diagnostic: Hi. Those numbers are not diagnostic. Diagnosis requires fasting serum glucose, 2-hour post-challenge (75 g glucose) serum glucose, A1c, or random serum glucose (different diagnostic criteria for all 4 tests). Your finger stick glucoses may be suggestive, but are not diagnostic. Eat healthily and exercise regularly. Good luck!
