Depends: on which HLA markers she was found to have. For example, some HLA antigens are associated with celiac disease, others with irritable bowel diseases etc.

Few cases of iritis. Had hla-b27 blood test done. One was positive, one was negative (by pcr). Since PCR is most sensitive, does this mean i'm clear?
