No: Hi. I'm not sure what you're thinking of. Vitiligo is a skin condition in which the pigment producing cells are destroyed. It has nothing to do with the central nervous system. Perhaps you're thinking of a different condition that affects the CNS and using the wrong word to describe it. If you can clarify, perhaps we can help.
