Concerning: Severe joint pain, fever, stiff neck, headache,nausea could be from infection or from severe toxin exposure.Most common is infection.Stiff neck could be muscle spasm, but can't rule out meningitis.This needs immediate attention.Call doctor NOW.Otherwise, ER visit is in order.Meningitis can be lethal.Must rule it out quickly or treat it ASAP to prevent serious damage.
