Possibly: Not enough info to rule out heart or lung dz.If these have been ruled out then yes, torticollis could cause chest pain.Depending on cause of torticollis & whether congenital or acquired, tight neck muscles could pull on ribs (to which some of the muscles attach), stopping their proper respiratory motion.A good history & osteopathic exam might reveal cause.Manipulation could free up rib/vetebrae.
