Hi my mum who is ony medical aid got mugged earlier today with the shock she collapsed and hit her head she has a heart condition but does not have any chest pains but she has a terrible headache there was a slight cut but no bleeding. ?

Unclear question: It would be prudent to have her checked out by a doctor. Take her to the casualty department of a nearby hospital. Bleeding inside the head needs to be excluded as older forks are prone to developing bleeding around the brain. Wish you and your mum good health!

Needs timely eval: Intracranial bleed will need to be ruled out with head trauma and being on heart meds that include frequently a blood thinner. While headache is a common symptom following a head concussion, the intensity of the headache combined with your mom’s health status and meds warrant a thorough evaluation.
