My daughter has terrible nappy rash after using timodine it's got worse i can't seem to get rid of it. what can i treat it with?

Diaper rash: Your child may be sensitive to the nystatin present in timodine. Wash your child's diaper area with warm soapy water after each diaper change. Make sure he is meticulously dry by using a hair dryer set on low so he doesn't get burned.
