Diaper rash: Your child may be sensitive to the nystatin present in timodine. Wash your child's diaper area with warm soapy water after each diaper change. Make sure he is meticulously dry by using a hair dryer set on low so he doesn't get burned. Apply 1/4 percent hydrocortisone cream to the affected area until the rash is cleared up you can then apply vaseline as protection
