Diabetes: Hi. That serum glucose is diagnostic of diabetes, no ifs, ands, or buts. If she is acutely ill, then the blood sugar might ease off a lot when she is well. But at face value, she's diabetic. I hope she takes this seriously, and controls it well, makes healthy lifestyle choices, and lives to a ripe old age without complications. All the best to her.
