For nearly two years, i've had a fever everyday. (99.5 to 100.9) no other illness present. what could be the cause?

This finding must be evaluated by your PCP. Some temperature variation during the day normally occurs but usually not greater than one degree usually and 100.9 is a low grade fever. A complete blood count, lymph node examination is recommended. Watch for weight loss, check TB status and report symptoms such as diarrhea and chronic cough.
