Blast from the past: I haven't heard the term tree hole disease in a while. You are most probably referring to the encephalitis spread by the tree hole mosquito. This disease is the la crossevirus, a cause of california encephalitis. It causes very impressive encephalitis in children which can present like poliomyelitis but usually resolves without residuae. Headaches 30 years later are not due to this.

See a doctor: Have no idea what 'treehole disease' is, or what caused your fever and coma at age 9, but if you are now having severe headaches this needs a full detailed examination by a physician. Good luck and happy new year.
