Tumor jaw: The oral cavity has two bony structure making up the upper and lower jaws. The maxilla refers to the upper jaw. Malignancies of the oral cavity are usually in the soft tissue of the floor of the mouth but can occur in the flat midline structure of maxilla as squamous Ca but also from minor salivary tumors producing lesions like adenoid cystic carcinoma.and odontogenic tumors.
