Here's one: Alveolar soft part sarcoma. Especially in the old days before immunohistochemistry, we looked for bizarre crystals on electron microscopy that made the tumor look like the Ten of Diamonds. It's not all that treatable, but it develops from a translocation involving the X-chromosome, so it's twice as common in women as in men. Why do you ask?
