Consult in order: Unfortunately you gave us too little information to attempt any reasonable answer to your question. What is your son's age? Which teeth? Did you or a dentist determine that their shape is odd? While a few teeth may have delayed eruption or be impacted by adjacent teeth it would be unusually for more than that. Take him for a consult with an Orthodontist and a Pedodontist (or General Dentist).

Examination: Start w examination with your Dentist. Your son may need to see an Orthodontic Specialist, have his teeth reshaped, or both. Ther's lots that can be done.
