Tooth extraction: Watching TV sounds like a good distraction from your son's discomfort. He may doze off and that can be good also. Keep watch on him because he is vomiting. If symptoms continue please see the doctor. Peace and good health.

Extraction: Keep him hydrated. Once he stops vomiting soft foods OK. Follow all post-surgical instructions from the Dentist or Oral Surgeon. Watching TV a good distraction. Better if he sits up rather than lying down.
