You : You are likely dealing with a congenital problem (meaning you were born with it) called pectus excavatum. This is a condition in which a the breastbone is sunken into the chest, giving it a caved in appearance. There are varying degress of this. Your doctor may wish to an an x-ray or other imaging studies in order to assure there is no damage or impending damage to your organs. If so, surgery may be recommended. As far as your breasts are concerned, small breasts are not related and are based on genetics. Also one breast being bigger than the other is a common occurrence . Surgery is also an option.
