At risk weight: His BMI (body mass index) is close to 27 - it's greater than the 95th percentile. {healthy is considered 25%-85%, at-risk is 85%-95% and obese > 95%}. You know his habits better than anybody but basic recommendations consist of: Eliminate sweetened drinks (juices, sodas) and 24-32oz of water per day recommended. Low fats, lean proteins, limit simple carbs. Minimum exercise is 30min 3x per week.
