Watch for a week: If you feel bad enough to want more help - call your md. If you can tolerate it, keep good notes on how you feel a few times a day for a week and watch for changes. It should be cleared out of you by then. Be careful w/ these medications. Ask questions and have an exit plan if side effects are bad. Don't do it w/out advice and usually cold turkey is not the best way. Hope it goes ok for you!

No: Your symptoms suggest serotonin syndrome, which can be potentially serious enough to be life threatening. Since you stopped taking the Zoloft, (sertraline) however, you should be ok. Hope that helps
