Yes: Zoloft (sertraline) can cause GI upset. The gut has more serotonin receptors than anywhere else in the body, and is highly sensitive to ssri medications like zoloft (sertraline). If you want to be on zoloft (sertraline), be sure to take it with a meal. These symptoms may dissipate gradually.
