Sleep evaluation: Sleepiness is not a side effect of Nexplanon. You can take a home pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant which is highly unlikely since you are on Nexplanon. You should schedule a visit with a primary care doctor. Thyroid testing, depression screening, sleep apnea testing and narcolepsy evaluation are just a few of the many possibilities
