No: It is highly unlikely that you would be pregnant. What you could get however, is an STI. Neither methods will prevent infections. If you want double protection, it is best to use a condom with the Nexplanon rather than another hormone. Are you taking the pill because of excessive bleeding while on Nexplanon. You shouldn't. It is not for long term use.
