Yes: If by "TVG" you mean a "tricuspid valve gradient" of 11, this is abnormal (especially if it's the mean gradient) and indicates tricuspid stenosis which is often an accompaniment of rheumatic mitral stenosis. Either or both can cause pulmonary hypertension, Right Ventricular Hypertrophy, RV failure with swollen ankles and S.O.B. - see a cardiologist!! (or see another one).
