Possibly but not ...: Not necessarily. Lisps have to do with tongue positioning when making certain sounds. Lisps can occur in the absence of a large tongue. See a speech language pathologist for evaluation of cause and possible correction.

Yes: If you have a large tongue, it sometimes will have motility problems and may interfere with normal speech.
