yesterday my tongue felt slow or clutsy for about an hour. like i had a lisp. no one thought i sounded weird . why would i feel this ?

It could be a: TIA or mild stroke, or it could be from the Generalized Anxiety Disorder you mention in your history. I any case, please see your doc so that you will know what your are dealing with. Peace and good health.
