Get it checked: Are they new? Perhaps you have an allergic skin rash, or a local infection. Apply cool compress. to see if that gives some relief. I would not apply any medicines to the skin if there is broken skin, rash or blisters until you have been checked. The medicines might aggravate your symptoms or muddy up the appearance making accurate diagnosis impossible. Hope that helps.
