Numb lips at night only one side. but as soon as i wake up it goes away. should i be concerned could that mean a sign of a stroke?

Lip numbness: It could mean your diabetes isn't well-controlled yet or that the metformin you are taking is causing a B12 deficiency. It could also be a mild stroke or other neurologic problems.
