Nerve dysfunction: you need seen right away, preferrably by a neurologist. You more than likely have a condition known as glossopharyngeal neuralgia, inflamation of the nerve providing sensation to the inside of your throat and tongue which is more than likely due to a virus. this is treatable. storke unlikely with symptoms this isolated, but need to rule it out.
