does everyone have eye floaters only some can see them and some others brains just ignore them?

Dr. Richard Bensinger
51 years experience Ophthalmology
Common presence: Floaters are common, especially in older folks. They must be distinguished from visual phenomena due to normal circulation which are not floaters. Most get tolerant of floaters and learn to ignore them although in the right light they can be re-visualized.
