HaveDocSeeRash: Can't see your image and without more info it is nearly impossible to tell. Acne doesn't tend to itch per se but it can be quite tender. Is it possible that you have the Chicken Pox (varicella virus)? Do you had fever? Are you feeling unwell? The fact that they are "pus filled" tells you that you need to get them looked at as pus always signifies infection and you may require antibiotics.

Acne? Medication?: Thanks for uploading that photo - I was able to see it. The pustules are all a very similar size -- were they a result of a topical medication you might have applied to the area previously? Did you receive any oral medications that preceded the onset of this rash? There are many causes for such an eruption and a proper evaluation and examination by a medical provider would be essential.
