I have a pimple on my wrist. red, pus-filled, quite itchy... i'm worried it might be scabies (although i only have one).

Needs exam: Have it evaluated by someone, as pus indicates infection. Without looking at the rash impossible to tell what it might be. Scabies will cause multiple lesions which are itchy, it can get super infected as well.
