ConsultYourPediatric: Meftal-P is NOT recommended in children under the age of 15 yrs. Crocin syrup depends on which formulation you have. Check the packaging material or label and follow the directions based on your child's weight or age. If you don't have access to this information then it's best to take your child to their physician before administering medications if you are not sure of the dosage.
