I have cobble stones and i am on cephalexin for strep c. i have acid reflux and allergic rhinitis. are cobble stones dangerous?

Sign of irritation: The cobble stones are just from irritation be it from an infection, reflux, or post-nasal drips. By themselves they are not dangerous but the cause for them needs to be investigated. See your doctor.
